Training and Quality Standards.
In order to achieve the highest standards possible, Camden Crossroads focuses on staff development and training at all levels. Our Carer Support Workers (CSWs) are fully trained and given regular support and supervision to ensure the continuity of a high standard of service delivery. They have a full training and induction programme including qualifications at NVQ levels 2 and 3.
Our active record of achievement in staff development and training led to an Investors in People award. An independent panel selected one of our CSWs as the winner of the Margaret Butterworth Award for excellent care in dementia.
Our investment in people is borne out by feedback from our recent annual Carers' Survey which showed that satisfaction and gratitude for the Camden Crossroads service continues to be high - 100% of carers said that they have benefited from the services provided.
We passed our latest annual Commission for Social Care Inspection in February 2008.

How to make comments, complaints & suggestions.
Comments and suggestions are always welcome.
We aim to provide a high quality and responsive service recognising that it can take time to establish a good working relationship. We are happy to talk with you about any difficulties or issues that you may have about our service at any time. Nevertheless if you have a complaint please:-
- Contact usr either by telephone or in writing.
- If you feel that your comment, complaint or suggestion has not been satisfactorily resolved then you may write to the 'Chair', at the address shown. The envelope should be marked 'Private and Confidential'.
- The 'Chair' will acknowledge receipt of your letter within 7 days and will respond to your comments within 28 days.
- If you should remain dissatisfied, your complaint will be considered by a review panel, normally within 28 days of your request.
